Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are not accepted.
• Requests for returns must be within the 30 days since purchase.
• Returns must include item purchased in original packaging upon receipt.
• Returns only accepted from Purchases made here at https://www.pronova-motion.com
• Shipping is free to the customer. The customer is responsible for any costs to return the item to ProNova Motion.
• Refunds will be processed after product has been received and verified by the warehouse to be returned in original condition. We encourage you to keep a copy of the return tracking number.
• If you order the wrong size, please email our team immediately. Once the product has been shipped out, it is the customer’s responsibility to go through the proper return process.
